After finishing my bachelor's degree, I traveled through 13 countries and 9 US states over the course of a year. Living on farms and islands, in hostels and family homes, I worked remotely collecting inspiration and connections like never before but as I had always dreamed. Along the way, I had Seryn's song Mausoleum on repeat and took at least one second of video footage everyday.
I made sure in my travels to make pilgrimages to some letterpress printers so I could keep learning about this amazing process. Here's a few shots from the journey.
Myrna Keilher, Expedition Press
KINGSTON, WASHINGTON, USA
Yago Boliviar, La Familia Plomez
Thomas Gravemaker, Letterpress Amsterdam
I've been taking my nalgene with me all over the place while collecting stickers to adorn it along the way. It makes for its own little travel catalog on its own.
